On May 31, 2019, Monte Carlo (the Principality of Monaco) hosted the Fourth Annual Energy Security Forum. The meeting traditionally was help at the Yacht Club of Monaco, where European and American politicians, business people, experts and leaders gathered again. This year, the organizers of the largest European event on energy security are the Prince Monaco Albert II Foundation, the largest private gas producer in Ukraine Burisma Group, the Atlantic Council and the Aleksander Kwasniewski Foundation Amicus Europae have focused on geopolitical changes and their impact on the formation strategies of energy stability of future generations.
The Prince of Monaco, Albert II opened the conference, stressing the significance that the Forum on Energy Security acquired during the four years. He thanked the organizers and participants for creating an influential communication platform that combines ideas and striving for change. Key words were made by Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, President of Croatia.
This year, Petar Stoyanov, President of Bulgaria (1997-2002), Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Prime Minister of Denmark (2001-2009) and Secretary General (2009-2014), Aleksander Kwaśniewski, President of Poland (1995 Alfred Guzenbauer, Chancellor of Austria (2007-2008), Paul Dobriansky, former Deputy Secretary of State of the United States, Senior Researcher at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard University School of Public Administration, Ambassador John E. Herbst, Director of the Eurasian Atlantic Council of the United States, Richard Morningstar, founder of the United States Atlantic Energy Global Energy Center, Stefan Fule, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy (2010-2014) and others also joined the Forum as participants
In total over four years, the Burisma Group together with the organizers united thousands of participants at the Energy Security Forum, with more than 15 presidents, dozens of experts, business people, and community leaders attending the event.
In 2019, the conference had four main components: the presidential panel, the Atlantic Council Strategic Session, the expert panel and a special focus on innovation in the energy sector, investment projects, blockchains and cryptocurrency.

Ukraine is an important link in the energy security of Europe and joint efforts, with the support of our respected partners; we will together continue to create the rules for the future,” said Nikolai Zlochevskyi, the initiator and founder of the Energy Security Forum, President of the Burisma Group.
It will be recalled that since 2016, the Energy Security Forum is held annually in Monaco with the support of the Prince Monaco Albert II Foundation, the Burisma Group, the Atlantic Council and the Aleksander Kwaśniewski Foundation Amicus Europae. The initiators of the event are His Majesty Prince Monaco Albert II and Nikolai Zlochevskyi, president of the largest Ukrainian gas exploration company Burisma Group.
